Delegation from Nagaland attend Global aviation summit

A three-member official delegation from Nagaland led by Additional Secretary, to the Government of Nagaland, Air Cell, Sentiwapang Aier attended the Global Aviation Summit, Wing’s India, Asia largest event on civil aviation (commercial, general and business aviation) which was held at Hyderabad from January 18 to 21.

According to DIPR, the team met officials of Ministry of Civil Aviation, several air and service operators in aviation sector. The team had a fruitful discussion for taking forward developmental activity in aviation sector in the State. OSD Transport, Air Cell, M. Ababe Ezung and Dy. GM NST, Nungshilemba were part of the three-member official delegation.

Considered the largest event in the Civil Aviation sector in Asia, the four-day “Wings India 2024” extravaganza was held in Hyderabad. Spanning across commercial, general, and business aviation, the theme for the event was “Connecting India to the World in Amrit Kaal: Setting the Stage for India Civil Aviation @2047”. Held at Begumpet Airport in Hyderabad, the inaugural session of the Global Aviation Summit was inaugurated by the Union Minister of Civil Aviation and Steel, Jyotiraditya M. Scindia.
