The Office of the Senior Treasury Officer, Dimapur, has announced that the Annual Physical Verification of Pensioners for the year 2025 will be conducted from October 13 to November 7, 2025. The verification is mandatory for all pensioners under Dimapur Treasury to ensure the smooth processing of yearly pension payments.

The pensioners are required to follow a scheduled verification system based on their pension serial numbers. Family pensioners and life pensioners will be verified on separate dates, beginning October 13. Daily verification will cover up to 500 pensioners.

Special provisions have been made for Pensioners with health issues (verification from October 29 to 31, 2025); Pensioners aged 75 years and above (verification from November 3 to 7, 2025); and grace periods are allotted on October 28 and 31, 2025 for absentees.

Documents required for verification are: Duly filled Life Certificate Form countersigned by a Gazetted Officer; PPO Book; Photocopy of Aadhaar Card; Photocopy of current branch Bank Passbook (front page); and one recent passport-size photograph (taken within the last six months).

The Life Certificate Form can be collected from the Treasury Office during office hours or downloaded from the official website: https://treasuries.nagaland.gov.in/download?type=pension.

It was further informed that pensioners whose first payment was settled after April 1, 2025, are exempted from the verification process.

The Senior Treasury Officer, Dimapur, has requested all concerned pensioners to attend the verification without fail and as per the schedule to avoid inconvenience.
