The Department of Information and Public Relations, Nagaland has informed that in pursuance of Section 5(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 and in the interest of public service, the Governor of Nagaland is pleased to reconstitute and designate the following officers as Appellate Authority (AA), Public Information Officer (PIO) & Assistant Public Information Officer (APIO) in the Department of Information & Public Relations with immediate effect.

1. Appellate Authority (AA): Orenthung Lotha, Commissioner & Secretary, Department of Information & Public Relations, Nagaland and Department of Coorporation, Nagaland.
2. Public Information Officer (PIO): Küsa Fithu, Addl. Secretary, Department of Information & Public Relations, Nagaland.
3. Assistant Public Information Officer (APIO): Tiakumba Jamir, Deputy Secretary, Department of Information & Public Relations, Nagaland.
