The District Level Quiz Competition for Elementary Section under RAA 2023-24 which was organized by Nagaland Education Mission Society, Samagra Shiksha, Nagaland in collaboration with the Sub-Divisional Education Office, Shamator was held on the 13th October at EBRC Hall.

Tanshimong and Yunglimshi of Government Middle School, Leangkonger came in the first place while Rekila and Kumrila L of GMS Shamator “A” came second. H Tsuyanla and Mr.B Berimong won the third position.

Japuno, Graduate Teacher, GMS Leangkonger and Seyielhoukho Nakhro, GT of GHS Sangkor were the moderators for the Quiz Competition.

Earlier, the formal program was chaired by A Kilongba, Co-ordinator, EBRC and welcome address delivered by Robert N Marathon, SDEO Shamator.

The Guest Speaker of the program, Ram Sewak Jadon, Principal, Govt. Higher Secondary School, Shamator spoke about the potentials for Science, Mathematics and technology in classroom settings and beyond the four walls of the classroom.
