District process lab training held in Mon

With the ongoing Aadi Karmayogi Programme, a district process lab training for Mon district was held on September 16 at DRDA Hall, Mon.

The training began with EAC Mon R Mhao Humtsoe welcoming the members present and gave a brief explanation on Aadi Karmayogi Programme. He said, it is an initiative of the government of India to reach to the grassroots level through the Ministry of Tribal Affairs. It focuses on building grassroots leadership, institutionalizing participatory governance and ensuring multi-departmental convergence to address the needs of tribal villages effectively, the official said.

He also explained the roles and responsibilities of District Master Trainers and Block Master Trainers (BMTs), and encouraged them to be efficient in their work. Humtsoe further said that all their activities, action and vision plans will be published in a booklet by the end of this programme. Therefore, he requested them to make their report clearly and on time.

Project director DRDA T Manhom, encouraged the members to give their best in their duty to gear up for Viksit Bharat 2047.

Altogether there are 8 Blocks in Mon district. District Master Trainers were W Patwang Konyak JPC DRDA Mon, Nokfho K SDO PHED Mon, Dr. Aonungdok Toshi Ao Dy, CMO, Tongpho Konyak LDA, Environment Forest and Climate Change, Neangnyu Konyak Account Assistant Mission Shakti, Chanwang Konyak LDA, DEO.
