The Office of the Director General of Police, Nagaland has informed all candidates of Kohima District who have applied for the post of Constable and have been provisionally accepted for the Physical/Medical Standards Tests (PST) scheduled from January 7 to 13 in view of the large number of candidates, the scrutiny of documents would commence from January 2, 2026 at the 4th NAP Battalion HQR, Thizama.
Candidates who have successfully generated Admit Cards from the Nagaland Police Recruitment Portal have been asked to report at the venue by 10 a.m. and produce both original and self-attested photocopies of the mandatory documents for verification.
The documents are Class-8 passed Certificate or higher from NBSE or any recognized Board of School Education in India for proof of Educational Qualification; Aadhar Card / PAN Card / Driving License for proof of identity; Certificate of indigenous inhabitant of Nagaland; Scheduled Tribe Certificate, duly signed by the District Authority not below the rank of Additional Deputy Commissioner; and Birth Certificate / Matriculation or equivalent Admit Card for proof of date of birth.

Sr SP and Member Secretary, District Level Screening Committee (DLSC) stated that failure to produce any of the above documents would lead to rejection of candidature as per the advertisement terms. No separate individual intimation would be issued.
