The Directorate of Technical Education has notified the general public and student community regarding the competent authorities designated by the State Government for issuing “Family Income Certificate” for Scheduled Tribe (ST) students applying for AICTE Scholarship and State Technical Scholarship, as per Government notification No. HTE/HE/SCHO/20-10/22/893 dated July 30, 2025.

Students & Institutions have been instructed to go through the guidelines given in the portal before proceeding to fill up the online form. Students belonging to Scheduled Tribes of Nagaland pursuing (Diploma/Undergraduate and Post graduate courses in Engineering (both Fresh and Renewal) within India, recognized by AICTE & Council of Architecture should  complete online registration for scholarship.

The portal would be open with effect from October 18 to December 31.

After successfully applied online, hard copy of the said application should be submitted to the office of the Department of Technical Education on or before January 20 after which no forms will be accepted.
