Five matches were played on the fourth day of the ongoing Dr T Ao Inter-District Football Tournament at the Loyem Memorial Astro Turf Ground in Tuensang.

The first match was played between neighbour districts Chümoukedima and Niuland DFA which ended in a draw. None of the teams could score in the match.

The second match took place between Peren vs Zunheboto where Kaurinta of Peren scored two goals and carried his team to victory with the score of 4-1.

Kohima took on Shamator in the third match on Friday. Kohima team took lead early in the match when Neisede, Jersey No. 6 scored a goal. The final score was 3-1 in favour of Kohima.

In the fourth match of the fourth day of the Dr T Ao Inter-District Football Tournament, Mon DFA won against Tseminyu by score line of 4-2.

The final match of the day was a tense competition between Noklak and Wokha DFA. In the end, Noklak defeated Wokha 1-0.
