Imnasenla Rachel is officially appointed as the International Member & Ambassador for DRDC GLOBAL- Dawn Research and Development Council (DRDC) India. Imnasenla Rachel is also the International member and Ambassador of LSH CERTIFIED (Legal Settlement House), a social activist, counsellor, host, digital marketer, lifestyle and beauty influencer, winner of several pageants, and Ambassador of Hyral Brand.
In her statement, Rachel expressed her gratitude for being appointed to these positions and acknowledged the responsibility that comes with it. She extended her appreciation to the chairman of DRDC, Dr S.R Sahoo, and the board for considering her suitable for the positions and appointing her.
Stating that the younger generation has immense talent and capability but often struggles with the fear of failure, Rachel encouraged youths to start small, explore, experiment, and keep trying until they succeed. She also emphasized the importance of self-belief and not letting societal expectations dictate one’s path.
“It’s crucial to focus on personal growth and development rather than comparing yourself to others. Each individual has their own unique journey and timeline, and success should be defined by your own standards, not solely by external validation”, stated Imnasenla Rachel.
She urged the youths to embrace failure as an opportunity to learn and grow stating that failure is a natural part of any process, and it should not deter one from pursuing their dreams. She said that by overcoming challenges and setbacks, one should develop resilience and acquire valuable experiences that contribute to one’s personal and professional growth.
