Peren District Welfare Officer I. Tsungrosongla Ao has informed that cash payment of  pension  under National Social Assistance Programme (NSAP) Scheme for six (6) months for beneficiaries under non-DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) list will be disbursed on the following days: Jalukie on 10 February, Tening on 13 February, Athibung on 16 and Nsong on 17 February 2023.

All beneficiaries under NSAP Scheme are notified to bring photocopy of Aadhaar and Bank Account without which payment will not be done.

The circular from DWO further informs widow pensioners to compulsorily produce a letter from the local priest or pastor as eligible beneficiaries.

Those falling under all disabled scheme including NSAP and state are informed to produce a copy of disability certificate and Unique Disability ID (UDID) which is mandatory to authenticate the claim.
