Kohima: Meeting focuses on deepening engagement with public, strengthening grassroots connection

Nagaland Deputy Chief Minister (Home) and BLP leader, Yanthungo Patton, held a crucial meeting with former BJP Nagaland legislators, candidates, and state functionaries on Friday in Kohima to discuss strategies for fortifying the party’s presence across Nagaland.

A press release from the Media Cell of the Deputy Chief Minister informed that the meeting was attended by H. Khehovi, S. Pangnyu Phom, H. Haiying, V. Kashiho Sangtam, and Renbonthug Lotha. The meeting focused on deepening engagement with the public, strengthening grassroots connections, and expanding the party’s footprint in each district of the State.

Further, the meeting explored various strategies to enhance the party’s outreach. The BJP Nagaland leadership expressed confidence that their collective efforts will result in a more robust party structure and increased public support across the state, it stated.
