Chungtia Union Mokokchung Town today inaugurated its “EBA-EÜV KI”, a community house, for all citizens of Chungtia Village today at Arkong Ward, Mokokchung. The building was inaugurated by Nokchasashi, Joint Secretary of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Nagaland.
Nokchasashi, in his address, emphasized the hard work of their forefathers, who provided us with such a platform today, encouraging the gathering to lead lives of quality through hard work, dedication and consistency.
He highlighted the community’s unity, stating that Nagas come together to support each other in times of need, emphasizing the strength of our social fabric.
Furthermore, he acknowledged the challenges faced by many families in society, whose livelihoods are precarious, emphasizing the fragility of our economy. He encouraged the gathering to work towards benefiting both themselves and society as a whole, stressing the importance of economic stability for coping with global growth.
Nokchasashi also commended the various NGOs and social groups engaged in charitable works, encouraging such initiatives.

He emphasized the Importance of preservation and conservation practices and urged active participation from the Ao’s in various sectors. He encouraged Chungtia villagers and the Ao’s as a whole to strive for balance in all endeavors and seek divine guidance.
Limatsüba, Convenor of the Construction Committee, presented the Construction Committee Report.
Bendangnukshi Jamir, Chairman of Arkong Ward, and N. Bendang, Chairman of Chungtia Village Council, delivered greetings, while Lanusüngzük Longchar, President of Chungtia Senso Mkg. Town, delivered the welcome address.
The program was chaired by Tsükjemwati Hoki. Rev. Laka Tzüdir, Pastor of Chungtia Baptist Church, pronounced the dedicatory prayer, and Imtiwapang, Secretary of Chungtia Senso Mkg. Town, delivered the welcome address, while Imnameren, Incharge of Chungtia Fellowship Mkg. Town, pronounced the benediction.
