Executive Engineer, Transmission Division, Mokokchung has informed to all the concerned that the 132/33kv Zunheboto (Lizu) Substation and 132 kV Zunheboto (Lizu) – Wokha (Philimi) transmission line passing through the jurisdiction of Lizu New village under SDO Civil Sadar Zunheboto and Philimi, Rotomi, Akuhaito and Litsami under ADC Atoizu would be test charged under North Eastern Region Power System Improvement Project at the rated voltage with effect from August 29 and would be kept in idle charged.

In this regard, the public have been informed not to touch the said transmission line nor go near the same for safety purposes. Anybody doing so would be doing at their own risk and the department would not be held responsible for any untoward incident whatsoever, the Executive Engineer said and requested the public to extend cooperation in order to allow smooth conduct of the exercise.
