The Eastern Naga Students’ Federation (ENSF) would observe ‘Black Day’ on December 4 and 5 in the entire Morungs of the Eastern Nagas at the Naga Heritage Village Kisama.

The ENSF has informed all the Kohima based tribal units of ENPO to strictly adhere to the instructions of hoisting of ‘black flag’ at respective Morung on December 4 at 5 a.m.

It has instructed all participants of Eastern tribes to assembly at Konyak Morung on December 5 at 4.30 p.m. for candlelight vigil programme in traditional attire.

All Morungs owned by the Eastern community have been informed to remain closed during the programme.
