Speaking on the CSR conclave facilitation in Nagaland context setting, at the NBCC Convention Center at Kohima on 23rdAugust 2022, Secretary IDAN, Reny Wilfred said Nagaland CSR & Investment Conclave will open window specially for Naga entrepreneurs with various technical inputs by strengthen Partnerships for Sustainable economic Development and also laying Programme Outline. He informed that the conclave will open the opportunity to discuss issues related to investment, experience sharing, Experts inputs, Developing Partnerships, Idea Exchange and Partnerships, Pitch Presentation for Startups for Investment, Best Practices and, Credit Outreach, Reny also mentioned that it will help the investors to present the opportunities for investment in Nagaland by tracking management system and policy facilitation which will be frame in collaboration with corporate social Responsibility (CSR).
Interacting with the implementation partners, Principal Director School Education, Thavaseelan said that due to difficult terrain and lack of all-weather road the benefits of welfare schemes and developmental activities could not penetrate the interior areas, so the Government has been putting lot of efforts to boost development. He added that concerted efforts will be the focus by recognizing the need to augment the developmental activities of the Government and to fill the development infrastructure gap, the district Administration will seek assistance from corporates, foundations and organization to fill in the gap in sectors like education, health and livelihoods sectors. The principal Director informed that the district Administration will acts as facilitators by providing necessary assistance for coordinating the various projects.
