Farewell program held for outgoing Kiphire DC John Tsulise Sangtam

A farewell program in honour of John Tsulise Sangtam NCS, the outgoing Deputy Commissioner of Kiphire was held on February 21 at the DC’s Conference hall, in Kiphire, informed the DIPR.

Addressing the gathering, the outgoing DC John Tsulise Sangtam said that he had extended his best in discharging duties during his short stay in Kiphire. Sangtam reaffirmed his commitment to serve the people with the same sincerity and commitment wherever he may be placed. Sangtam also thanked the staff, leaders and public for extending positive cooperation during his tenure

The outgoing DC extended a warm welcome to the new DC Temsuwati Longkumer commending the officer as a sincere and dedicated officer. “By extending our full cooperation with the new Deputy Commissioner we can bring lots of achievements for Kiphire District,” stated Tsulise to the gathering.

The new DC Temsuwati Longkumer during his address highlighted on the poor road conditions in the district. “Kiphire being one of the remotest part of Nagaland, we need good roads and transportation, as that is the way the District can progress and developed,” Temsuwati Longkumer said. The new DC also asserted that he would work with justice, and sought cooperation of the people.

During the event, a special number was presented by Marlin Thonger, speech on behalf of Hq. Officers was delivered by D. Robin ADC HQ. while short speeches were also delivered by officers, staffs and leaders that include- Vekusheyi Rakho ADC Pungro, SP Kiphire Chinese Chakhesang, Zisepi Hd. Asst., Sepikyu Hd. DB HQ., and L. Kipitong VP USLP. Khiungmong pronounced the invocation while the  vote of thanks was addressed by Chubasanen EAC Kiusam, and Chubamongla EAC chaired the program.
