A farewell programme in honour of DAO Longleng, S. Yongchang Phom was held at DAO office Longleng on May 4, informed DIPR.

Outgoing officer DAO, S. Yongchang Phom, in his address, thanked all the staff for their cooperation and support. He encouraged them to continue working hard for the upliftment of the farming community. He emphasised that agriculture is the backbone for livelihood and encouraged the gathering to work efficiently and support the farmers.

Earlier the program was chaired by M. Chingsang Phom, A.O Longleng.
