Fernbrook School, Wokha organised Science Exhibition 2023 on Saturday at the school campus on the theme ‘Exploring the gift of Science’ with an aim to intrigue the minds of the students to appreciate and explore the gift of science towards humanity.
Another aim behind the science exhibition was to offer a platform for the children to explore and hone their talents along with their academic exercise.
The event was enthusiastically attended by the school authorities, students, parents and well-wishers.

Wonjano C. Khuvung, Headmistress, Fernbrook School, highlighted that the objectives of the exhibition were to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical applications, to encourage the students to develop the skills of problem solving, explore, discover and to instil the passion of learning.
The exhibits centred on physics, biology and sustainable environment. Various exhibits such as Forest Eco-system, Integrated Farming, Space Shuttle, Human Anatomy, Waste Management and recycling, Hydraulic Powered Car Parking, Volcano Eruption, etc were presented by the students of different standards during the Science exhibition.
Altogether there were 77 exhibits were presented by students of Fernbrook School, each showcasing their scientific knowledge and understanding. The participants were in groups comprising of four to five members from class 4 to 10.
