Free competitive exams coaching for Phek students begins with orientation session

A free coaching program for NPSC, UPSC, and other competitive exams for students from Phek district commenced with an orientation session at the CPO building on February 13, 2025. The session was led by SP Phek, Dr. Pritpal Kaur, IPS, along with Balong Phom, EAC Phek, and the CSU team. The initiative was jointly organized by the Chakhesang Students’ Union (CSU), Chakhesang Public Organization (CPO), Phek Police, and the district administration.

In his keynote address, CSU President Pfhulo Sara encouraged students to study with dedication and commitment. Dr. Kaur provided insights into exam patterns and study materials, assuring students that more officers and EACs would join the sessions later. She emphasized that classes would be held in the early morning to ensure that official duties remain unaffected. She urged students to stay focused and help others when they become officers in the future.

Balong Phom, EAC Phek HQ, shared his personal journey of exam preparation, motivating students to work hard with perseverance and consistency. The program began with an invocation prayer by Khrovete Nuh of Phek Town Baptist Church, while words of gratitude were delivered by Vetsokho Lohe, Education Secretary, CSU.

The session, chaired by CSU General Secretary Kuzoto Swuro, saw the participation of around 40 students.
