The Government Higher Secondary School, Kiphire held its felicitation program at their school indoor auditorium today.
During the programme the Principal, YP Singh congratulated all the candidates of HSLC and HSSLC for giving their best efforts and made it through their exam. “At this time of the student life it is very crucial period of decision making,” said Singh encouraging them to be cautious and wise in all of their choices in life be it with subjects or friendship.
“One cannot grow without any struggle in life as success belongs to those who don’t give up despite failures in their path,” added the Principal.
“Don’t think of yourself any less than other students or friends around you”, remarked Sethricho 12th class teacher, citing a good example of Government school from mokokchung and dimapur who has delivered commendable performances, in recent years, “We should work hard and learn from them,” he added.

Altogether 88 students appeared in class 12 where 73 students cleared their exams with more than 20 first division scores and commendable distinctions in various subjects.
In HSLC, a total of 61 students appeared, out of which ten cleared the examination.
The event was followed by prize distribution for outstanding students in cash and certificates based on their academics and attendance performance.
The programme was lead by Dekhingla, with invocation from Talirenla, a speech on behalf of outgoing students by Munguli which was followed by a mass prayer.
