Governor of Nagaland, Ajay Kumar Bhalla has extended greetings to the Pochury community and people of Nagaland on the occasion of Yemshe festival.

This festival, celebrated with devotion and joy, is an expression of gratitude to the Almighty for a bountiful harvest and a prayer for peace, prosperity and well- being, the Governor said adding, it also reflects the unity of the community, the richness of our cultural heritage, and the spirit of togetherness.

He wished that Yemshe bring happiness, harmony and abundant blessings to all and strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and goodwill.

Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio also extended greeting to the Pochury community on the occasion of Yemshe, a harvest festival that marks the arrival of the new season and expresses gratitude through rituals, feasting and community celebrations. Taking to X, Rio wished that the festival bring blessings and strengthen bonds of unity.

Rajya Sabha MP, S. Phangnon Konyak extended warm greetings to her brothers and sisters from the Pochury community on the occasion of Yemshe festival.

She also wished that this season bring abundance, prosperity and strengthen the bonds of unity within the community and also bring happiness and blessings.
