Nagaland Governor La Ganesan on Tuesday extended season’s greetings to the people of Nagaland. In his message, he said that Christmas celebrates “the spirit of love, compassion, and unity” and urged all to share the joy with the less fortunate and strengthen the bonds within communities.

Let us all come together to cherish the peace and goodwill that Christmas brings and carry these values forward into the New Year, the Governor implored.

It is my profound privilege to observe the unique vibrancy with which our state commemorates this festive period, the Governor La Ganesan stated, adding that harmony and brotherhood are deeply woven in the Naga society.

“May the festive lights brighten your homes and the spirit of Christmas fills our hearts,” the Nagaland Governor said “Wishing everyone a blessed Christmas and a New Year filled with prosperity, health, and happiness.”
