Governor La Ganesan interacts with Nagas community in Chennai

Chennai: Guv urges Nagas to continue representing Nagaland with pride and dignity in their respective fields

Nagaland Governor La Ganesan met and interacted with the Naga community in Chennai, Tamil Nadu on Friday. According to Raj Bhavan, Kohima, during the meet, the Governor encouraged the Nagas in the city to contribute positively to the local society.

Governor Ganesan expressed his happiness to witness a strong Naga community and said that they have not only enriched the cultural fabric of their second home but has also fostered a strong bond between Nagaland and Chennai. He urged them to continue to support and uplift one another.

While emphasizing on the significance and importance of cultural diversity that the city embraces, the Governor also stressed that they must never forget their roots. He further urged all members of the Naga community in Chennai to continue representing Nagaland with pride and dignity in their respective fields and to continue to foster unity, harmony, and mutual respect amongst oneself, irrespective of the ethnic, cultural, or regional backgrounds.
