The Home Department, Political Branch, Government of Nagaland, has announced the appointment of First Appellate Authorities (FAA), Public Information Officers & Nodal Officers [RIO & NO] and Assistant Public Information Officers (APIO) in the department.

The notification stated: “In supersession of earlier office order(s)/notification(s) regarding appointment of First Appellate Authorities (FAA), Public Information Officers & Nodal Officers [RIO & NO] and Assistant Public Information Officers (APIO) in Home Department, Political Branch, the Authority in exercise of powers conferred under Section 5 (1) (2) and 19(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, hereby appoints the under mentioned officers as FAA, PIO/NO. APIO with immediate effect until further order:
