The Home Department, General Administrative Branch, Kohima, Nagaland has issued a notification regarding change of 2 (two) village names in Nagaland with immediate effect.

Sotokur village in Shamator district has been named as Thsotoku, while Choknyu village under Mon district has been named as Chohzu.
