Deputy Commissioner of Kohima, B Henok Buchem, has informed that a coordination meeting will be held on July 28 at 2 p.m. in the DC’s Conference Hall, Kohima, to discuss the visitation of Homes and Institutions by NGOs as part of the upcoming 79th Independence Day celebration on August 15, 2025.

In this regard, the following NGOs are requested to kindly make it convenient to attend the meeting: President, Nagaland Contractors & Suppliers Union;  President, Puliebadze Club; President, Lions Club; President, Royal Club ; President, Classic Club; President, Rotary Club; President, Gorkha Public Panchayat, Kohima; President, Hindu Kalyan Samithi, Kohima; President, Indian Red Cross, Nagaland State Branch; President, Kohima Chamber of Commerce & Industry; President, Kohima Masjid Committee; President, Nagaland Motorcycle Club.

Additional Deputy Commissioner, Chozuba, Phek, Dr Diana Patton, NCS has convened a coordination meeting to be held at the ADC’s office, Chozuba for the upcoming 79th Independence Day celebration at 12:00 noon on July 28.

According to the notification issued by ADC vide NO.CZBA/ DEV- 19/ RLD/ 14-15/ VOL- 1/ 119 dated Chozuba 22nd July, 2025. All the Heads of Offices/ Institutions/Stakeholders under Chozuba, sub division have been directed to attend the meeting positively.
