Leaders of Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA) will hold an important meeting on seat-sharing today at 11:30 am, ahead of the Lok Sabha elections 2024.

Congress General Secretary (Communications) Jairam Ramesh informed in a post on X that the talks will be virtually. Besides the seat-sharing agenda, the leaders of the INDIA bloc will also discuss participation in the Rahul Gandhi led Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra which is scheduled to begin from a private ground at Khongjom in Thoubal District, Manipur on 14th January 2024 (Sunday). Other important matters would also be discussed, the Congress leader said.

The flag off venue of the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra had to be shifted to Thoubal district after the Manipur Government put conditions for the use of Hapta Kangjeibung ground in Imphal citing security issues.
