Induction training for NCS (P) 2023 batch begins at ATI Kohima

Kohima: Meyase, NCS said that the training modules has been modified and designed with special emphasis to our State

The inaugural function of the 6 weeks special induction training for NCS (P) 2023 batch was held at Vision, Nagaland Hall, Administrative Training Institute, Kohima on Tuesday, DIPR informed.

Exhorting the probationers, Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, Personnel & Administrative Reforms (P&AR), Akunu S. Meyase, NCS said that the training modules has been modified and designed with special emphasis to our State, and therefore the training is expected to be very beneficial for the new officers.

She mentioned that in this training, the resource person and the experts will be covering all the important topics and current issues, as well as soft skills for the officers and therefore, urged the officers to imbibe all the knowledge and wisdom of the experts from this training.

She also appealed the officers to rededicate themselves, keeping in mind that their journey has just began and hoped that this training session will make the officers a better public servant to serve the people better.

Earlier, a brief overview of the course was also shared by Deepak Sanan, IAS Retd.

Views of the NCS (P) were also shared during the introductory session. The induction programme was chaired by Additional Director (Admin.), ATI and Joint Secretary, Labour & Employment, Bendanglila, NCS.
