The International University, Nagaland, Dimapur and the North East Institute of Social Work & Research (NISWR), Chümoukedima, Dimapur signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the objective to promote mutual cooperation in academics, research, and extension activities.
A press release issued by Prof. Zavise Rume, Registrar and Director International University, the MoU also aims to provide opportunities for students, faculty and researchers to engage in collaborative initiatives so as to contribute to the educational and socio-economic development of Nagaland.

The MoU was signed by Dr. Roopam Bachhil, Registrar and Prof. Zavise Rume, Director representing the International University and Dr. Fr. Anto, Fr. Khing, Vice Principal representing the North East of Social Work & Research (NISWR).
Both the parties agreed to work together to promote academic programmes and students exchange programmes, holistic growth and community services. The MoU was signed In the presence of Prof. DK Shukla, Vice Chancellor, International University.
