The Intellectual Property Facilitation Centre (IPFC) of the Investment and Development Authority of Nagaland (IDAN), in collaboration with the Ministry of MSME, hosted a One Day Awareness Program on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) at the Innovation and Incubation Centre, IDAN, Kohima.
The program commenced with an opening & special remark from Anini Nyenga, Senior Consultant, IDAN who emphasized the rapid growth and development of entrepreneurship in the state. Anini also urged the attendees to leverage the platform for the growth and protection of their businesses.
The resource persons were Zabenthung Khuvung, IPFC Project Associate, IDAN, who elaborated on “Intellectual Property Rights and its Components”. Imnasenla Jamir, IPFC Legal Consultant – IDAN, who provided valuable insights and experiences on “Infringement and Opposition” and a heartfelt vote of thanks by Meshu, IPFC Coordinator, IDAN.
The program was attended by entrepreneurs, startups, and aspiring entrepreneurs who were provided with vital information on the availability of registration services for all types of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) facilitated by IDAN under the Ministry of MSME.
