The Deputy Commissioner of Wokha has notified that a joint verification of NH-2 under Wokha will be held on April 22.

“In the interest of public service and in regard to construction of 2-lane road from Km 72.40 to 83.00 on NH-2 under Wokha, and letter from CSOs Wokha received on 02-04-2025. A Joint Inspection shall be carried out on 22nd April 2025 from 7:00 am onwards,” informed the DC.

In this regard, the following members have been informed to be present during the verification:
1. Sub Divisional Officer (Civil) LR
2. Executive Engineer, PWD(NH) Kohima Division, Wokha i/c
3. Extra Assistant Commissioner (Sadar)
4. 2(two) Representatives from Lotha Hoho.
5. 2 (two) Representatives from JAC.

Inspection will start from petrol pump area, Niropen, Wokha.
