In a bid to ensure steady progress and quality assurance, the District Administration of Kiphire conducted an inspection of the Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS) construction site today.
The inspection team, headed by the Deputy Commissioner, visited the site to take stock of the infrastructure development. The school, once completed, is expected to provide holistic residential education for tribal students in the region.
During the visit, officials examined the progress on key infrastructure components, including the academic blocks, hostels, staff quarters, and supporting facilities. The team emphasized the need for strict adherence to construction timelines and quality benchmarks.

The EMRS in Kiphire is envisioned as a transformative initiative to bridge the educational gap for tribal students. Regular monitoring visits such as this aim to keep the project on track and responsive to the needs of the community.
