A portion of Kohima-Meluri road at Tarliedzü, below Kohima village ground near Administrative Training Institute (ATI) has sunk, rendering the road unsafe for vehicular traffic, informed the Deputy Commissioner of Kohima, Kumar Ramnikant, IAS in an advisory issued today.

The public has been advised to exercise caution and avoid plying over this route for non essential purposes till restoration of road.

Alternative route via: – Ziekezou(Don Bosco junction ) — Kohima village circular road — Seikhazou – Oriental college Road – Keyake(BSF camp), is suggested for Light Motor Vehicles (LMV), informed DC.
