Deputy Commissioner, Kohima, Kumar Ramnikant, IAS has informed all concerned that a follow-up program under the Scheme of Assistance to Persons with Disabilities for Purchase/Fitting of Aids /Appliances (ADIP Scheme) will be held on 31st July 2024 at 10:30 AM.
The event will take place at the Kohima Municipal Council Office Building complex, 1st floor, for the distribution of aids and appliances to beneficiaries assessed during the camp held from 27 October 2023 to 31 October 2023.
All beneficiaries who were part of the assessment camp are requested to attend the program without fail and bring the following documents:
- Acknowledgement receipt given on the day of the assessment
- Disability certificate
- One ID for identification
