The Kohima Lotha Hoho has expressed pained at the murder of policemen Zuchanbemo Tungoe S/o Lt. Mhonchan Tungoe of New Changsu Village under Wokha district, a constable of DEF Tuensang currently attached to the Crime Branch, PHQ, Kohima.

President of Kohima Lotha Hoho,  K N Mhonthung Lotha stated that the dead body was found around 6.30 a.m. on September 24 in the two lane road at Lerie, Kohima, under mysterious circumstances with a bullet shot inflicted to his head and a weapon lying beside him.

The KLH questioned the perpetrators as to how a law enforcing personnel was murdered in such a gruesome manner and appealed to the investigating agencies to apprehend the culprit’s immediately and accord the severest of punishment and serve justice to the family.
