Kohima RTA shortlists 751 unemployed males for 100 two-wheeler taxi permits, 27 females for 10 permits

751 unemployed males have been shortlisted by the Regional Trasport Authority, Kohima to appear for the Two Wheeler Riding Test, a requisite for getting two wheeler taxi permits. The RTA had earlier invited applications from eligible unemployed males and females of the district for 110 two wheeler taxi permits.

10 of those permits are reserved for unemployed females for which, the RTA has shortlisted 27 candidates.

In a public notice, Deputy Commissioner & Chairman, RTA, Kohima, B. Henok Buchem, NCS, stated that the candidates had been duly scrutinised and directed them to appear in person as per schedule given below:

The DC also stated that the candidates would be shortlisted for interview based on the assessment of performance in the Two Wheeler Riding Test.
