In view of forthcoming festive seasons, Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Kumar Ramnikant has informed in a circular that a mass social work will be conducted in Kohima Town on November 28 (Wednesday) from 6:00 AM till 9:00 AM involving all the district offices in Kohima, Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) and Kohima Chamber of Commerce & Industries (KCCI).

The circular has requested all the participants to bring necessary tools/items for the social work as per requirement such as Broom/Dust Pans/Dao etc. The Team leaders should ensure that garbage collected is properly disposed off at the KMC dumping site. It also informed that KMC shall initiate Mass Social Work within Colonies/ Wards. Additional Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Rhosietho Nguori shall be overall in charge.
