To enhance road safety and improve traffic management, the Kohima Village Youth Organisation (KVYO) has issued a public notice on traffic regulation update affecting the one-way Route from Mission Compound to Ura Academy and No Parking enforcement.
- One-Way Traffic: Effective immediately, the road leading from Mission Compound to Ura Academy will operate as a One-Way route. All vehicles are required to travel in the designated direction only. This measure is aimed at reducing congestion and ensuring a smoother flow of traffic along this busy corridor.
- No Parking Zone: Additionally, there will be a strict no parking policy enforced along the stretch from Kohima Village Gate to Mission Compound. This regulation is crucial to prevent obstruction and enhance the safety of pedestrians and vehicles alike. Vehicles parked in this area will be subject to fines or towing as necessary.
