Longleng District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) held its monthly meeting on Wednesday at the DPDB Hall, Longleng town. MLA A Pongshi Phom, Chairman DPDB, along with MLA B. Bangtick Phom, deliberated on various matters, DIPR informed.

Highlighting the Local Area Development Programme (LADP) funds for 49 A/C Tamlu and 50 A/C Longleng, Chairman Phom emphasized the release of funds based on the progress of ongoing projects.

The meeting covered significant topics, including society registration, finalization of LADP funds, proposal submission for district wards, and the installation of uniform signage boards.

Attendees reviewed the minutes of the previous meeting and welcomed new members from the Department of Land Resources and the Department of Social Welfare. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks from the Deputy Commissioner.
