The SP Office Longleng and the Phom Baptist Christian Association (PBCA) in collaborated with Anmol Sahara team organised a three-day ‘Skill Development & Capacity Building Program’ where training was provided on making plastic-free products.

The session was inaugurated by Superintendent of Police Longleng, Dr Pritpal Kaur, IPS, who urged everyone to follow environmental protection rules and make Longleng a plastic-free and more progressive district.
The Anmol Sahara team, led by Ekta, taught the trainees how to make paper bags, add value to products, and package them in a sustainable way.
N Tialemba Phom, PBCA Executive Secretary also gave the trainees words of encouragement and prayed for their success.
The training was a success, and the trainees were eager to put their new skills to use. They are confident that they can make a difference in making Longleng a plastic-free district.
