Two matches were played as scheduled on the second day of the league matches of the 30th Loyem Memorial Trophy on Tuesday.

Shanen FC and Evening Star FC battled in the first match while DEF Tuensang and Arising Sporting Club played each other in the second match. Shanen FC emerged victorious over its opponent by an astounding score of 10-1.

Whereas DEF Tuensang beat Arising Sporting Club 4-2.

The tournament is being held at the newly inaugurated Astro Turf at Tuensang under the motto ‘Goal for Friendship’. The Loyem Memorial Trophy is organised by Chang Wedoshi Setshang (CWS), this year being the 30th Edition.
