The Mokokchung District Football Association (MDFA) has announced the names of the players who have been officially selected to represent Mokokchung District in the upcoming Dr T Ao Trophy – Inter-District Football Championship, scheduled to be held at Kohima in the month of August 2025.

After a due selection process and trials, the following players have been selected: Sentimong, Imtisashi Ao, Temjenwapang, Sentisang, Medemmar, Alemong, Sentilong, Ayimnukshi, Limakumzuk, Merangtemjen, Jungshiwati, Meyasenba, Moachang, Temsuyanger, Tongpangnokdang, Inovi, Takotoba, Imnasunep, Tarepnungsang, and A Jamity Jamir.

All selected players have been directed to report at Imkongmeren Sports Complex on June 11 at 3:00 PM for the commencement of the coaching camp in preparation for the tournament.

The MDFA has extended best wishes to the team as they prepare to uphold the sporting legacy of Mokokchung District and strive for excellence in the championship.
