The office of the DC & DEO Phek has constituted a Medical Board in respect of Phek District with the under mentioned officers to examine the applications seeking for exception from election duty on medical ground:
- Ruopfukuotuo Noudi, NCS, ADC & ARO, Chairman.
- Avile Zao, CMO, District Hospital Phek, Member.
- Nengpichong Singsit, EAC Hq., Member.
- Anyone Specialist Doctor from DH, Phek, as Member.

It further informed all the government officials/staffs of Phek District seeking exception from election duty on health ground that District Level Medical Board, Phek will conduct checkup/examine the cases on April 3 from 10:00 AM onwards at the Office complex of the DC & DEO, Phek.
Therefore, all such genuine applicants are informed to appear in person before the Board on the said time/date/venue. This is in view of the conduct of upcoming general election to LS 2024.
