He encouraged students to explore and discover opportunities across different professions and emphasised the importance of understanding marketing and changing dynamics in today’s competitive world. He stated that without such knowledge, growth and sustainability become difficult, and stressed the need to make extra efforts to remain relevant.
Referring to sports activities, he urged the players to prepare themselves to cope with competition and the demands of the modern world. He encouraged the players to expose themselves, seek wider opportunities, and pursue further growth in their respective careers.

Temjentoshi also cautioned that while many associations and organizations exist today, there aren’t any that are able to sustain themselves over time. He urged the LKM to work towards becoming a self-sustaining organization, capable of organizing student conferences and sports activities independently, with a long-term vision. Reflecting on the past, he recalled that earlier organisations were formed with a clear purpose for the nation and its people. He noted that in the present context, however, many associations have reached a saturation point, with several lacking clear relevance.
