MGM College organised a meaningful and memorable farewell programme for the outgoing Semester VI students on April 10, marking a significant milestone in their academic journey. The event was filled with gratitude, reflection, and hope for the future.
The programme was graced by Chief Guest, Shekim Yeptho, founder and director of the Dunatos
Worship Bond, a distinguished musician, entrepreneur, and athlete, who inspired the students with his life journey and words of encouragement. He motivated the students to pursue excellence with discipline, passion, and perseverance.
The programme began with an invocation and scripture reading by Temjen Longkumer, Assistant Professor, Department of Education, setting a spiritual tone for the occasion. The welcome address was delivered by Nahong, President of the Students’ Council, who warmly greeted the gathering and appreciated the contributions of the outgoing students.
Fr Giju George, Administrator encouraged students to remain grounded in values and faith as they step into new phases of life.

A farewell speech was delivered by Zhokulu from Semester IV, expressing gratitude and best wishes to the seniors.
The programme was enriched with a special musical presentation by Kariben and Eyilobeni, adding vibrance and joy to the event. Representing the outgoing batch, Mughapu Swu, former President of the Students’ Council shared reflections on their journey at MGM College, cherishing memories and expressing appreciation to the institution.
The programme concluded with a special prayer by Dr RK Behera, Principal, invoking God’s blessings upon the students as they embark on new endeavours.
