The Miao/Zunheboto of HQ 25 Sector Assam Rifles (AR), under the aegis of Inspector General Assam Rifles (North), conducted an awareness lecture on health, hygiene and first aid for locals at Unit Location, Zunheboto on 21 March.

The aim of the lecture was to teach about maintaining health and hygiene and the basics of giving first aid in case of an accident, an update informed.

The importance of maintaining hygiene and following healthy daily habits was taught via a video. Field dressing and CPR were also given emphasis by the medical staff and the doctor of the unit.
