A starred question regarding the allocation of Horti-Link Roads for the financial years 2025–26 and 2026–27 was raised in the Nagaland Legislative Assembly by Naiba Konyak, MLA representing 55 AC Tobu under Mon district.

During the discussion, Konyak raised a supplementary question seeking a clear assurance from Salhoutuonuo Kruse, Minister for Women Resource Development, on whether state funds would be allocated for the construction of a Horti-Link Road in 55 AC Tobu for the 2026–27 financial year.

The MLA requested the Minister to confirm the proposed allocation by choosing one among four options — ₹30 lakh, ₹20 lakh, ₹10 lakh, or no allocation.

Responding to the query, Minister Kruse informed the House that in the coming year she would ensure that an allocation is provided for the project.
