A Farewell Programme for outgoing Deputy Commissioner, Mokokchung, Shashank Pratap Singh, IAS was held on June 2 at the Conference Hall of DC Mokokchung.

According to DIPR, Singh, speaking at the program said that Mokokchung was one of the best places to stay in any capacity.

The outgoing DC maintained that whatever achievements he made in Mokokchung as DC, was all through the co-operation and support of the people. He also asked the people to give the same to the incoming Deputy Commissioner.

Singh said, with all the blessings of the people of Mokokchung, he would strive to do his best in his new assignments.

Thsuvisie Phoji, the new Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung, said that he was ready to take advice from the people of Mokokchung.

He said he was determined to give his best in serving the district and the people.

Associate Pastor, MTBA, Monglier Tzudir said the invocation, and EAC Mokokchung, Vitolu Chishi chaired the programme.
