The Deputy Commissioner (DC) and District Election Officer (DEO) Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji has informed to all polling personnel and grade IV staff/MTS requisitioned for election duty that, a Medical Board for exemption would be held on April 1, from 10:00 A.M onwards at Planning Hall, Office of the District Planning Officer, Mokokchung.

In this regard, all those who have already applied leave on medical ground (listed in Annexure-A) and others wishing to avail exemptions on the same ground have been directed to appear in person along with all relevant documents/certificates before the medical board on the mentioned date.

DC and DEO Mokokchung stated that there will only be 1 (one) Sitting of the Medical Board. Thereafter, no exemption on medical board would be entertained. Pregnant women and lactating mothers who have already submitted application for leave, with supporting documents need not appear for the Medical Board.
