The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) cum Returning Officer (RO) of Chozuba Town Council, Dr. Diana Patton has issued notification for nomination for election to Ward No 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 of the Chozuba Town Council.

The nomination papers may be delivered by the candidate or his proposer to the Municipality Returning Officer at ADC & RO office, Chozuba between 11:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. on any day (other than public holiday) from 7th June, 2024 but not later than 11th June 2024.

Nomination form papers could be obtained at the place and times aforesaid. The scrutiny of the nomination papers will be taken on 13th June 2024 in the ADC & RO office.

Withdrawal of the candidature may be delivered by a candidate or his proposer or his election agent (who has been authorised in writing by the candidate to deliver it) to the office specified in paragraph (2) in the ADC & RO office before 3:00 P.M. on or before 18th June 2024.

In the event of election being contested the poll will be taken on 26th of June 2024 between 07: 30 A.M. and 04:00 P.M.

Tening town

ADC & Returning Officer, Tening Town council, T. Lemlila Sangtam has informed that ULB election for Tening Town Council is to be held for a member from ward no. 1 to ward no .9 under Tening Town with ward no. 1, 4 &7 reserved for women.

Nomination papers maybe delivered by the candidate or his proposer to the Returning Officer at the office chamber of the ADC & RO, Tening Town Council or EAC & Assistant Returning officer, Imliwabang Aier office chamber at ADC Office between 11:am & 3:pm on any working day from 7th June 2024 but not later than 3:00 pm of 11th June 2024.

Forms of nomination papers may be obtained at the place and times aforesaid, the nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny on 13th June from 11am onwards in the office chamber of ADC & RO.

Notice of withdrawal of candidature maybe delivered by a candidate or his/her proposer or his/her election agent (who has been authorised in writing by the candidate to deliver it) to the officer specified in paragraph (2) above at her office before 3pm on the 18th June 2024.

In the event of the election being contested, the poll will be taken on 26th of June 2024 between 7:30Am and 4:00 pm

Mangkolemba

In pursuance to the State Election Commission notification, ADC & Returning Officer (RO), Mangkolemba Town Council T. Lankonsen Tsanglao has issued an official notification dated in regard to the conduct of ULB election to the Mangkolemba Town Council.

1. An election is to be held for a member to ward no. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8&9 of the Mangkolemba Town Council with ward no. 1,4 & 7 reserved for women.

2. Nomination papers are to be delivered by the candidate or his proposer to ADC & RO Mangkolemba Town Council T. Lankonsen Tsanglao or to SDO (Civil) & Asst. RO Mangkolemba Town Council Hotolu Sema at the office chamber from 7th June (11am onwards) to 11th June 2024 (upto 3pm).

3. Nomination papers are to be obtained at the time and place aforesaid.

4. The nomination papers will be scrutinized on 13th June 2024 (Thursday) from 11 am onwards at the office of the ADC & RO, Mangkolemba Town Council.

5. Notice for Withdrawal of candidature may be delivered by the candidate or his proposer or his election agent (with authorization letter from the candidate) to the Office of ADC & RO Mangkolemba Town Council before 3pm on 18th June 2024 (Tuesday).

6. In the event of election being contested the poll will take place on 26th June 2024 (Wednesday) between 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

7. Further, Counting & Declaration of results on 29th June 2024 (Saturday).

Additional Deputy Commissioner & Returning Officer, Phek Town Council, Ruopfukuotuo Noudi, has issued the Notice for Nomination to Town Council Election 2024.

An Election is to be held for a Member to Phek Town Council Ward No. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10, and 11, where Ward No. 1,4,7,and 10 are reserved for Women.

Nomination papers may be delivered by the Candidate Or his/her proposer to ADC & RO Phek Town Council, Ruopfukuotuo Noudi or to SDC © & Assistant Returning Officer, Phek Town Council, Tsenthungo E. Additional Deputy Commissioner and Returning Officer, Tuensang Town Council, Thungchanbemo Tungoe has Notified that, Election for Tuensang Town Council to be held for the Ward No. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14 and 15 of Tuensang Town with Ward No. 1,4,7,10 and 13 reserved for women.

The office notification dated 28th May 2024, stated that Nomination paper shall be delivered by candidate or his proposal to ADC and RO, TTC or to Toking Yimchunger EAC and Assistant RO, TTC at the office chamber between 11: 00 AM and 3:00 PM on any day (other than Public holiday) from 7th June 2024(Friday) but not later than the 11th June 2024 (Thursday) upto 3:00 PM.

Forms of Nomination Paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid. The Nomination Paper will be taken up for scrutiny on 13th June 2024(Thursday) at the Office of the ADC & RO, Tuensang Town Council.

Notice of withdrawal of candidature may be delivered by a candidate or his proposer or his election agent to the office specified in Paragraph (2) above at his office before 3:00 PM on 18th June 2024(Tuesday).
